Nordika Wall Systems, a Canadian manufacturer of advanced prefabricated building systems, is establishing a limited network of approximately 40 Statewide Distributors across the United States. This brief is prepared for business brokers, immigration consultants and counsel who work with E-2 treaty investor candidates.

This is not the purchase of a small existing business. It is an opportunity for an entrepreneur to build and control a real operating enterprise across an entire U.S. territory — backed by a manufacturer, a physical product, initial inventory, an operating location and two distinct markets.
Nordika works with an experienced U.S. immigration law firm that can evaluate prospective candidates from an E-2 standpoint. No visa approval can be represented or guaranteed.
A factory-manufactured structural envelope with thermal performance superior to R-36 — the core reason builders and property owners look at the system in the first place.
Standardized interlocking sections are shipped efficiently and assembled on site, including backyard locations where access for a finished structure would be difficult.
Nordika supplies the structure. Doors, windows, siding, flooring and interior finishes are selected and sourced locally by the customer or the builder.
Garages, workshops, storage buildings, backyard studios, home offices, guest spaces and pool houses — marketed through an established showroom location. One inventory serving many applications, which reduces the risk of dead stock. The property owner asks what WALL-LINK can become.
Custom factory-made R-36 walls produced to the builder's plans and specifications, supplied to home builders, developers and general contractors across the territory. The objective is recurring relationships. The builder asks what WALL-LINK can do.
The exclusive right to market and develop Nordika R-36 products within an assigned state or defined territory, with the ability to establish multiple operating locations. Acquisition from $149,000 USD.
Approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of initial WALL-LINK inventory, part of which supports the first demonstration structure while the balance remains available for early activity.
Approximately 1,400 sq. ft. of structural wall and roof components allocated to a first WALL-LINK showpiece installed at the operating site.
A Nordika factory team assists with the first assembly and provides initial training, turning the first showpiece into the territory's first classroom.
Manufacturer support for the opening of the first location, treated as the distributor's first major business-development event rather than a celebration.
Continuing marketing, technical and product support, plus access to new building-system developments as the manufacturer grows.
Garages, workshops, backyard studios, home offices, guest spaces and pool houses — different applications of one inventory, marketed through an established showroom location.
Home builders, developers and general contractors purchasing high-performance prefabricated wall systems across multiple projects. The objective is recurring square-foot volume.
A territorial override from $0.35 per sq. ft. on qualifying Nordika product whose final destination is inside the licensed state, so the distributor benefits as additional operators develop local markets.
Nordika's Canadian manufacturing organization is supported through Export Development Canada. Under approved conditions, qualifying product may be received with a substantial period after delivery before payment becomes due. Commercial terms remain subject to applicable approvals.
Candidate review, including immigration evaluation by U.S. counsel.
U.S. entity established and the Statewide Distribution Agreement finalized.
Host business identified and the first operating location prepared.
Demonstration building installed, training delivered, grand opening held.
The next qualified operating partner identified and the state developed.
Nordika could have divided the United States into hundreds of cities and small regional territories. We deliberately chose not to. Once a territory has been awarded it is removed from availability, subject to the Statewide Distribution Agreement and its continuing requirements. Current availability is reviewed on the introductory call.
Nordika is developing relationships with selected business brokers, immigration consultants and advisors specializing in E-2 candidates. For each candidate introduced by a referring professional who successfully becomes a Nordika Statewide Distributor, Nordika pays a referral fee from $20,000 USD, subject to our referral agreement.
FULL PRO FORMA AND PROGRAM TERMS DISCLOSED UNDER THE REFERRAL AGREEMENT
If this could be relevant to your E-2 clientele, we would be pleased to arrange a short introductory conversation and to send the full Statewide Distributor presentation and pro forma, which explain the opportunity and its financial potential in considerably more detail.
